Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • Process: To cancel your order, contact us immediately at sales@aksdonline.in or call +91 98843 37500 with your order number. We will confirm if the order can be canceled.

Refund Policy

  • If your order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • In case of partial cancellations or refunds due to returned products, the refund amount will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not applicable for personalized or special-order products.
  • Any product returned in a used or damaged condition not covered under our return policy will not be eligible for a refund.
